EUROPEAN NATIONALISTS IN TOP – LEVEL TALKS IN SYRIA.

PROGRAMME OF CAMPAIGNS BEGINS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

Positive co-operation between European and Arab nationalists in a common struggle against ISIS and other Wahhabi extremists – and their backers. This is the outcome of the very successful visit of a delegation from the pan-European Alliance for Peace and Freedom (APF) to Lebanon and Syria between 3rd – 7th June.

The APF brings together a growing number of traditionalist social and nationalist parties and NGOs at a European level, from Spain to Russia. Its delegation was headed by APF President Roberto Fiore, a former MEP and Secretary General of Forza Nuova (Italy) and by Udo Voigt, MEP for the National Democratic Party of Germany.

Among the 8-strong delegation were former British National Party MEP Nick Griffin, on his fourth visit to Syria, Jens Pühse, NPD and Secretary-Genera of the APF from Germany, and Hervé van Laethem, leader of Belgian party NATION, who has been actively involved with Middle Eastern affairs since serving as part of the human shield which sought to prevent the illegal US attack on Iraq in 2003.

We warned at the time that the destruction of strong secular government by the USA and its allies would plunge the whole region into chaos. 12 years on, the only Weapon of Mass Destruction to have emerged in Iraq is the sectarian hatred and Wahhabi fundamentalism unleashed by the US war itself.

Despite that, Washington seems hell-bent on helping Saudi Arabia and its Daesh and Al Qaeda mercenaries do the same in Syria and Yemen.

The delegation held constructive top-level meetings with leaders of the Baath Party and Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP), as well as Syrian government ministers including Mr Jihad Al-Laham the Speaker of the Syrian People‘s Assembly (Parliament), Deputy Foreign Minister Dr Fayssal Mikdad and Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi.

Also visited were military and civilian casualties of the war in the Alazmeh Hospital, where the delegation photographed the damage inflicted on the military hospital by repeated mortar attacks by US-backed “moderate” rebels.

Good contacts were also made with Christian leaders, including the Patriarch of the Syriac Orthodox Church and Marian Patriarch of Antioch.

“His Holiness asked us to work to raise awareness in the West of the fact that the Christians of the Middle East do not want “help” to leave their homelands, but do ask for our help to stay in the ancient cradle of Christianity”, said Mr Fiore at a well-attended press conference in Damascus at the end of the visit.

Udo Voigt explained his plans to use his European seat to draw attention to the terrible impact of unjust Western sanctions on many thousands of Syrian children.

Mr Griffin outlined the next steps of the APF campaign, starting with efforts to highlight the role of Saudi Arabia in providing the ideological, financial and military muscle for the brutal invasion of Syria and Iraq by thousands of terrorists from over 80 countries – and the Gulf dictatorship‘s role in sowing the seeds of Wahhabi violence in Europe and America.

Further plans will be unveiled at an APF press conference about the visit, to be held in the European Parliament in Brussels at 17th June on 2pm.
