Our comrades in the Irish nationalist movement Siol na hÉireann held a commemoration of the 98th Anniversary of the death of the great Irish rebel leader General Michael Collins on 22nd August.
The ceremony took place at 8 a.m. on the lonely West Irish road where Collins was shot during a gun battle near the end of the Irish Civil War.
Siol na hÉireann (‘Seed of Ireland’) is now undoubtedly the leading and only serious nationalist party in the country and we wish Niall McConnell and his growing team all the very best for the future.
