Via Crucis Nationum for Nations United in Christ for Life of Europeans – supported by the Alliance for Peace and Freedom
23-24th of July, 2016, Budapest (Hungary)
On July 23 2016, pro-life representatives from various countries will begin a march and prayer vigil to the sound of the noontide Angelus bells that commemorate the 1456 victory of Christian Europe at Nándorfehérvár. The march will start in the square named after Saint John Capistrano, a hero of the battle, and it will end on Saint Margaret’s island by the remains of the Dominican nunnery.
While we march, we will meditate on the torture, death and resurrection of Christ at 15 stations as we mourn more than 2 billion children slaughtered before birth. These children were called to live by the Lord of Life. We were not able to defend them as we failed to safeguard their birth.
The demographic statistics are ruthless: the culture of death has overcome the civilization of life and continues to prowl throughout Europe aborting her children in a final act of destruction.
We deplore modern social structures and government policies which defy the law of the nature and declare war upon both the fertility and fecundity of our nations.
We deplore the war against the cradle which invades our continent. It is fueled by the thoughts, words, deeds and omissions of those who seek the destruction of laws which safeguard the life and dignity of pre-born children and their parents.
We, representatives of NATIONS UNITED in CHRIST for LIFE of EUROPEANS call upon all people of good will, lawmakers and churches. Together, let us stand in opposition to the genocide within the womb: the most intimate border of our nations! In order to survive, let us stop this plague of terror threatening to ruin the future of European nations!
Peace in the Womb!
Please join this march against the principalities and powers that promote evil. Let us call for freedom and peace of survival! Let us safeguard and promote a fertile Europe, a loving and holy mother of all of us, who would be willing to care for all her children! A number of members of the Alliance for Peace and Freedom will be present so come up and say ‘hello’.
